Each session includes a "centering" exercise, completion of appropriate inventories and questionnaires, medical management as required, and a 45-minute individual counseling session. Each session includes a "centering" exercise, completion of appropriate inventories and questionnaires, medical management as required, and a 45-minute individual counseling session. Cost varies based on the specific resources required, consultation requirements with physicians, and the complexity and extent of the treatment involved. This pricing flexibility ensures that each patient receives a tailored approach that meets their individual needs, while also reflecting the comprehensive nature of our services. Payment includes a 6-appointment bundle and is due prior to service. The frequency of visits generally depends on the phase of treatment. Patients are often scheduled initially for successive sessions to ensure continuity, compliance, and understanding perspectives.
Subscription Based Payment
Subscriptions are based on the phase of treatment. The initial phase includes intake assessments with the child and parents both alone and in conjunction and treatment plan origination. The second phase includes implementation, regular counseling, and monitoring of interventions. The final phase includes maintenance therapy and personal counseling and resilience training when established.
Out of Network Services
When providing out-of-network services, our physicians ensure proper reimbursement for their patient by issuing a detailed invoice. The invoice will include essential information to facilitate accurate processing by insurance companies. By presenting thorough and transparent invoices, our practice aids the patient’s family in navigating the reimbursement process smoothly, ensuring they receive fair compensation for their out-of-network benefits when available.
